Your kids can write their letters to Santa and post them straight to the North Pole through our magical Santa Post Box , while you kick back and enjoy the cosyness of our Christmas Grotto's. 🎅📬✨
Our Christmas Grotto’s are completely free to use for customers.Â
Each Grotto has 3 adult seats and cushions on the floor for the Kids to kneel on and write their letters. Walk in’s are welcome. Â
Pre-bookings are available for 30 minute slots — there’s a £10 booking charge, but this is returned to you as store credit to enjoy while you’re hereÂ
Customers are welcome to use the Grottos without a booking as long as they are not already pre booked.
